Valley techs who answer the phone
Phoenix Forklift Repair exists because of one frustrating pattern: dead trucks, slow shops, and sales desks that go dark at 2:30. We fix the truck at your dock, and we source the next one from anywhere in the country.
How we're built
Service-first, inventory-backed. Our mobile technicians cover the full Phoenix metro for repair, PM, parts, and rentals. When a customer needs to buy — or sell — a truck, we draw on our inventory partner, Arizona's Best Equipment, plus a national sourcing network spanning all 48 states.
That partner relationship is deliberately one-directional: every lead and customer relationship belongs to Phoenix Forklift Repair. Your service history, your pricing, your contact — never resold, never handed to a call center. ABE supplies iron; we supply the customer experience.
What we stand on
- ✅ Certified mobile technicians — all major brands
- ✅ Written quotes before any work begins
- ✅ Digital service records per serial number
- ✅ 40-point inspection on every used truck we sell
- ✅ Bilingual dispatch — se habla español
The promise
"Same-day for Valley calls before 2 PM — or we tell you honestly when."
No invented urgency, no parts we can't get promised as "in stock," no surprise line items. If replacement makes more sense than repair, we'll say so — even when the repair is the bigger ticket for us.
